Hi all

I'm trying to make a list from a form.

Step 1 : the user populate the fields,

Step 2 : the user click on "Add" OR "Submit"

If the user click on "Submit", the process is over.

If the user click on "Add", the form is reloaded with the latest values (see example).

Here, the user click on "Add" (Ajouter)

This is what I want (a list of the older values) but idk how to do.

Need your help pls.
