Hi all,

We recently installed Laserfiche Connecter 10.2 to an integrated application with a "L" button. It is all working fine, however, the "L" button intermittently disappearing and seems unstable.

Here's the scenario:

1stly. The integrated application window is open as per normal and the "L" button shows on the top menu bar. Refer image Capture1a.

After. When you maximize the integrated application "Command Centre" window, the "L" button overlap the menu bar. Refer image Capture2a.

Again, minimize the "Command Centre" window, the "L" button disappears instantly. Refer image Capture3a.

Lastly, I have to click outside of the integrated application, few seconds after I go back to the integrated application, and the "L" button appear again as image Capture1a.

Any solution for this?

Hi Jacqueline,

Can you open a case with Laserfiche Support and there, provide a copy of the Laserfiche Connector profile (xml file) as well as some details regarding the application you're integrating with?

What you're showing in 1a and 2a seem to be expected because when you maximize the "Command Centre" window, you can see the menu bar does actually shift while the "L" button remains anchored in place.

However, when restoring down the "Command Centre" window again, the "L" button shouldn't be disappearing and requiring you to switch the active window (clicking out of the application) and then coming back to it.
