Connector OCR Not Working on Google Chrome in Windows 10

asked on May 3, 2017 Show version history

I've been trying to start using Connector.  I was testing this on an application we run through Google Chrome on a prior machine running Windows 7.  We've determined that due to limitations in the application that using UI Automation or Javascript Controls is not very feasible for us, so we've been trying to use the OCR option.  I had this working fairly well on Windows 7.  However, I've been issued a new machine running Windows 10, and now I can't get OCR to work at all on the application, it acts like it runs, but doesn't return any values in the OCR tokens.

I think I'm fully up to date on connector (I'm version 10.2.0.415).

Is anyone aware of any issues with OCR in Windows 10?

Thank you, @████████- I'm glad to know it's not just me.

Any possibility of getting an ETA on 10.2.1?
