Can't open documents from weblink

My weblink users are unable to open any files in the repository.  They authenticate, can navigate folders and see the documents.  When they click to view a document, the browser just hangs and LF says it's "loading".  I have cleared all temp files, and verified it is happening in IE and Chrome.  Are there associated Services I should be checking that may have to be restarted?

Hi Kevin - was this issued resolved?  We are experiencing the Loading hanging with Weblink 10.
