In forms (9.2) after a session has timed out I am not getting sent to a window to sign back in.  

I am signing in as a domain user, without providing the domain name and when I initially sign in the top right corner has my full name shown.

After the timeout period if I try to access something on my management page, for example "Manage" I am getting:

There aren't any business processes yet. 

Also, nothing is shown in my Inbox.

I also notice that in the top right corner it now shows my domain name DOMAIN\username and not my full name.

I am not able to see anything under my Inbox or under Manage until I sign out and sign back in.
