cloud operation is not allowed under current license

In my laserfiche cloud account, any time I attempt to add (NOT INSERT) a field to a template, I get the following error:

 

Operation is not allowed under current license.

 

What am I doing wrong?  I believe I have been given administrative security rights and all privileges.

Check if this happens with all users belonging to the customer which are configured identically to the user where you experience this. If so, please open a Support case for further troubleshooting. So far I either have no issue adding a field to a template, or (if lacking the requisite privilege) am not able to try.
