We have a customer that would like to lock scan settings and force black and white images as a default that cannot be changed by end/scanning users. It appears the individual scanner settings are the only way to create a default profile, but any user could change this. It seems like this could be a feature request if Laserfiche would be able to convert any incoming pictures to black and white (much like in quick fields, but for all users of LF).

After combing through the user attributes for version 10 it looks like there may be a way to lock export settings to only output PDF's. However nothing I tried ended up working any different than what was in the client settings. Is there any way to have a .docx or other electronic file be automatically converted to PDF when downloaded/exported?
