Volume not found. [9006]

Hello,

I have a user that just switched to using the web interface. When he scans a document, he's getting a "Volume not found. [9006]" error in red in the Output Log. The document is not storing. I've tried changing the settings under Scanned documents in "Options..." to the 4 different options available, but didn't work.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Frank,

Could it be because there's no default volume configured for the destination folder? (refer to this older post)

If so, you may configure in the client from the destination folder you want to scan into (help file)

Thank you very much, Stephane!

I ended up having to "Set Default Volume..." from the "Task" menu in the client application on the server. I couldn't manage it from the web access app.

Hi Frank,

You can set the default volume in the web client by selecting the folder and editing the volume in the details pane. You might have to select 'advanced' first to view the current volume.
