complete form and open another form

I would like to be able to hit submit on a form and have another form immediately presented WITHIN THE SAME BUSINESS PROCESS.  Is this possible?

Yes, it is. Just have a second form that is assigned to the submitter via a User Task and then select "Automatically load the next task if the same person is assigned to it" as shown below:
