When changing a document's metadata while inside the entry listing view, the green "Save" button appears at the bottom of the metadata pane.

However, if the same thing is done with the document open, no Save button appears. The user has to use the one on the top left corner - the opposite end of the screen from where the button appears in the entry listing.

This UI discrepancy resulted in a support call this morning from panicking users ("It won't let me save field changes!!!") at one of our newer clients, so I wanted to bring it up.
