There doesn't appear to be a way to browse to videos from the Mobile App or to Send Videos to the Mobile App for iPhones. How are iPhone users to upload videos?

Hi Jessica,
User can upload videos via 'Upload Files' from other third party applications like Dropbox and Google Drive. Laserfiche iOS app support viewing common types of video such as mp4 and mov in doc viewer.

So, there's no way to upload videos with ONLY the App and your iPhone? Are there any other file type exceptions like this?
Currently, app can't upload video directly from the album. We'll add this feature in later release.
How often do you upload your video and how long is the video since we are trying to get an idea of the average size of the video.
This is for a Sheriff's office to upload videos for evidence so it's important to NOT introduce 3rd party applications. They're looking to upload about twice a week per deputy and the file sizes are 60MB per minute. So it doesn't have to be a very long video to go over the limit for uploading through Forms, which is what they are currently having to consider.
Hi Jessica,
In the coming release of iOS app (prolly within couple weeks), we just added these features that user will be able to upload jpg as it is and video from the option of "Upload Files".
Thank you for your input.
Best,
Julia
That is fantastic! Thank you.
Hi Jessica,
An updated Laserfiche app with version (10.2.3) is available in iOS app store now. From there, under Upload Files, you can find "Photos and Videos", where you can upload videos from your gallery.
Feel free to let us know if any feedback or new requests.
