Problem: in complex workflows there are sometimes in excess of 10, 20 or more fields. Some of these fields are not relevant in most stages of the workflow and become cumbersome to the users and create the risk that users either get confused or populate incorrect data.

Can we get:

1. A feature that allows us to reorder fields in a template when configuring workflows.

2. Alternately the ability to hide fields at different stages in the workflow would acceptable.

3. Custom views.
