I need to compile a form and any attachments together into one document.  Is there any way to convert all documents to one file format (preferably tiff) and merge? 

This is the preferred method of storage for the forms/attachments once it is saved into the repository.

If I could convert attachments to a specific format when they are uploaded; that would also be helpful.
