LF Connector and Windows 10

We installed LF Connector on Windows 7 using Navision and it works. The client updated to Windows 10 and now it doesn't work. 

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why?  Is Laserfiche aware of this issue? Any workarounds? When will it be resolved.

Please provide more information. Also, please consider opening a support case if you find that the issue appears to be complicated.

  1. What is the version of LF Connector you are using?
  2. What are the versions of the third-party software you are using LF Connector with?
  3. Are you using it with other Laserfiche products? If so, have you tested that the other products are working?
  4. Was it a licensing issue?
  5. Have you tested the latest version of LF Connector to see if it fixes the issue?
  6. Did you read and follow the steps and checklists in "Installing Laserfiche Connector" and "Configuring Laserfiche Connector Profiles - Configuring the Third-party Application" in the product help?
  7. After installing the latest version, have you tried creating new profiles from scratch? (If the new profile works but the old profile doesn't, please open a support case.)
  8. What type of application is it?
    1. Is it a web page?
    2. Is it a Windows application
    3. Or something else?
  9. Did the problem happen when LF Connector is analyzing the application data, or when performing an action?
  10. What symptoms did you see?
  11. How did you configure LF Connector to analyze the application data?
    1. JavaScript?
    2. OCR?
    3. UI Automation?
