Will the Submitter role allow to send tasks from one participant to the other

Hi all,

I want to confirm about the access rights for forms. For instance, a user who will receive submitted applications from external applicants and need to process the application by sending it to the next participant.

Can you please specify whether the Submitter role should be assigned to? From the administration guide, the submitter allows users to start a process, either by submitting a form or by starting a process manually.

If the Submitter role is assigned to the team, will the participant be able to send from other participants?

The submitter role simply means that they have the right to submit the initial form. So if they click on the Start Process button after signing into Laserfiche Forms, that process will show for them to submit. If the user simply needs to have a Forms instance assigned to them using the User Task, there is nothing further you need to do permission wise, except make sure they have a license.
