Hello,

We're using Web Access URL integration to allow users to edit Word documents from an LOB app. 

Every time a user tries to edit a Word document, they are presented with a popup asking for credentials to login to the LF repository. The "Remember login information" option is ineffective. They are prompted over and over; and the users are complaining that it hinders their productivity.

Is there any way we can bypass this popup? Or pass the credentials in the lfwa80 URL?

We've tried selecting "Auto-sign in using integrated Windows authentication " under Web Access connection configurations, but it didn't help.

We're targeting WA 10.1 & 10.2 and Office versions 2010+. The URL format is:

lfwa80://officeplugin/http://server/laserfiche/App_Services/OfficeIntegrationService.asmx?r=repo&d=2&t=&word
