How can I add a record to my database?

Hi all,

Under LFForm, I know we can lookup a database to populate a field, but is it possible to add a record to my database? If yes, how?

Perhaps you can configure your Forms process to initiate a workflow where the workflow will take the relevant values from the form submission and insert it into some database table.
