send email to microsoft 360 shared mailbox

Does anyone use Laserfiche Workflow to send to a shared Microsoft email box that doesn't have a real user or login?  I'm getting the following error:

Remote Server returned '550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found'

It works as long as I send to a "real" user, but will not send to the shared email box.

This is not a Laserfiche error (Workflow has no knowledge on whether it's sending to a shared mailbox or not).

Google search suggests that it might be a configuration issues on the Office 365 side:
