The IP address is registered to googlebot.com, so this really is a request from the Google crawler.  (Which is also what the user agent string suggests, but that can be spoofed while the IP address can't be.)  It's puzzling that it's failing to download the scripts correctly, but it's nothing to be immediately concerned about.
