Hi Dina,

You could configure this, but it won't be as direct as you are hoping. Here's a three step outline:

You would need to configure an automated export of the incoming emails to a folder on your network. https://www.encryptomatic.com/messageexport/help/outlook-export-timer.html
Once this is configured, you could create an Import Agent profile to watch the folder for documents and pull them into a Laserfiche folder.
Then you can configure workflow to run on documents that are pulled in by import agent.

I just realized that the link I provided are instructions for a third party software. I thought there was a way to automate email export with outlook alone, but apparently not. I don't think there is a way to accomplish this process without some form of third party software involved.

There is a product called Scanner Vision. This will monitor an email address and safe attachments to a folder where Import Agent can pick it up
