Has anyone had trouble with Cylance Protect endpoint protection system interfering with Laserfiche or Quick Fields? We're experiencing some very strange behavior on a clean windows 2012 server with literally nothing installed except quick fields server and Cylance Protect. The quick fields sessions keep losing the master page and so documents do not get identified. Additionally the log files are being removed/erased. We have a support case open but wanted to check if anyone else is having this issue.
