We are using a Forms submission for documents, these documents are PDFs and saved to the Laserfiche Repositories where a Quick Field is run renaming, OCR-ing, and filing them as TIFFs.  We are currently having an issue with a PDF losing all information but Meta Data.  The QF agent says that there is an "Error: cannot scan 'sdhda upload'. Index was outside the bounds of the array."

It works fine for the other documents that have come through this is currently our only file that is having this problem.

Attached is a word doc with the Session Analysis from QF Agent for the Problem File and it's error report also a Session Analysis of a working file.

Any ideas as to why this may be happening would be would be appreciated, Thank you.
