Forms Enhancement - Give Reports Access But Not Process Admin Access

I'm on Forms 10.2 Update 1 (10.2.0.834).

It would be nice if I could give a user access to all the stuff available in the Reports screen for a Process without having to make them a full Process Admin (and receive the ability to edit the process that comes along with it).

Hi,

Correct my understanding, this will only give them access to view the report, download it and save snapshots. Will it give them access to edit the report?

 

I am interested in knowing how to give the a user with a team member role the ability to edit a custom report without assigning them as process admin. I would appreciate anyone's help on this. Thank you.

Unless I'm mistaken, that works for the custom reports - but not for the built-in dashboards.

For those, there's an icon in the top right, just under the username of login to reach the "Manage Access" dialog.

Hi Matthew, I believe you can do this, actually. When you create or edit the form, there is a field where you can specify which users can view the report. Or am I misunderstanding?
