Hello everyone.  Searched for this issue, but couldn't find an answer.  Here it goes:

I have a quickfields session (10.1) that is pulling files from repository to do an OMR process to look for marks on a certain page.  It is pulling the images, scanning for the marks, and if detected as Marked, it will put the result of that OMR token in an independent field to save back to the source scan.  No pages will be saved back, just the new metadata field with the OMR result.

I set up a batch to scan from the repository and after it processes them all, I can go through to check which files had marks indicated, but the field where that token goes into is always blank--even if it was confirmed as being marked.  I have checked permissions for the field, etc.  But I cannot see why the "Marked" "Not Marked" is not being saved in the field.  And yes, I changed the result from True False to Marked, No Marked.

During the initial scan, the session pulls an ID number and Last Name from the source file metadata.  Those fields show up if I use them as tokens.  Just not the OMR result token.

Can someone tell me what may be happening here?  Is there a special token syntax I need to use to target that OMR result?  For example, the OMR process is named CRISIS_MARKED and the region name is named MARKED.  The token editor shows it as %(MARKED).  Should it be %(CRISIS_MARKED.MARKED)?

My retrieval setting is to keep documents together and the field is being saved as an independent field.  I have done this in the past without difficulty, so I am not sure what's going on.

Thank you for all your help :)
