Email Button on Thank You Page

I have selected to include a button to Email form in the Thank You Page within my process.

 

But the thank you page just shows the Download and Print buttons

Hi Chad,

 

   Do you have an email server set up in the Forms Configuration page? Although not certain, I'm wondering if this might be the issue.
