Office 365 Outlook and Web Access

Good Day All

 

I have a client using office 365 (Outlook) and Web Access. A different user created email on Laserfiche. When the user using Web Access try to open the email, the pc want to configure Microsoft Outlook. My question is how can I allow Web Access to open the email in office 365 and not outlook?

That is currently not a possibility. When you try to open an email message (.msg) on a computer, it will use whatever is setup as the default program for that file type.
