Migrating documents to different volumes error

Hello,


We have a client that is migrating documents to different volumes and have been getting an error: "Invalid Encryption Header [9316]".

 

This is all the client has given me so far.

 

I have searched the internet and LF Answers and can't seem to find anything on this.


Any help/ideas are much appreciated!

What version of the Server is this? I noticed some references to bugs in the 9.1 Server that should be fixed in later versions.
