I have a situation where I need to migrate over several submissions from one Forms instance to another. Database restore is not an option. What I wanted to know was if I have the data that I need for each field, can I loop in Workflow the following per data item:

1. Populate form by URL (or otherwise)

2. Submit that pre-filled Form automatically (without user intervention)
