I'm trying to allow users to choose the tags they want applied to a folder before it goes through the workflow to file it in the repository; however, the metadata shows on the folder - but I don't see any tools in workflow that will take that metadata and choose the matching tag to apply it to that folder.  We need the tag to run another workflow that is created via tags.  

Or... is there a way to allow a forms user the ability to apply a tag to the entry they are submitting? (that would be even better!)
