Weblink 9 Not bringing over Custom Links and Search Forms

Hello,

We have a user on Web Link Version 9 Service Pack 1 (9.0.1.275) who has tried to use the Settings Bundler to bring over Custom Links and Search Forms to another Web Link. Has anyone seen an issue where the Settings Bundler does not perform this task? Or is this something that Settings Bundler is not meant to do?

There was another answers article while back stating that Settings Bundler should do this but as you now know, this has not been the case.

Can Laserfiche confirm whether this should work like this or not?

Check the directory where you exported the WebLink settings. Do you see the bookmarks.xml file or the searchforms folder?

Is the issue that while the settings are exported successfully, they just aren't getting imported in your new WebLink environment?

Please detail exactly how things aren't working.

It looks like a LF case has been opened for this issue. We can await the results from the case and post what the fix was in here.
