"To laserfiche web access or client" greyed out

My client would like to know what setting or attribute is responsible for having the "To laserfiche web access or client" box greyed out when saving an attachment from Outlook into LF. They currently have it that way on theirs and would like to set it to be greyed out for all users. Thanks for any insight!

That option isn't controlled by any attribute. It will be enabled if on the same computer, you are connected to the repository from the Windows or web client. If you are not connected, then that option will remain grayed out.

The purpose of that option is that if you are already logged in from the Windows or web client on that same computer, then you can save Outlook email attachments directly into the folder you are currently browsing in the client.

If you aren't logged into a repository from the Windows or web client, then that option remains grayed out and if you click "OK" in that dialog, you will be prompted to log in to a repository.
