I am seeing this error while installing Forms 9.2.1.1088.  I need this version of forms because it matches the version we are running on our server.

Has anyone seen this or know why it doesn't see IIS 10 on the computer?

This is a known issue for version 9. See KB 1013672 for the workaround.

Hi Miruna,

FYI - I just encountered this issue when installing Forms 10.4.1 on a fresh Win2016 VM. The workaround as per below still works.

I cannot reproduce such issue when i install Forms 10.4.1.172 on fresh win2016 VM, and IIS version is 10.0.14393.0.

Hi Wenjuan; strange - I was definitely seeing the issue at the time.

However, my installer version was Forms 10.4.1.164. IIS is the same as yours. Perhaps it was only with that version?

There should be no difference for SetupLf.exe between Forms 10.4.1.164 and 10.4.1.172, and I also try to install Forms 10.4.1.164 on fresh win2016 VM, it still works well.

Hi Wenjuan; I just saw this issue again (and the same resolution worked) when installing DocuSign and LaserApp 9.0.2 integration from the latest 10.4.1 installer file.
