When saving changes to a laserfiche document, using client version 8.2.1.710, on a laptop running 32-bit Windows 7, with two additional monitors (on a docking station) - he gets a message with every save ...
"Laserfiche Client (32-bit) has stopped working" and windows forces him to close Laserfiche.
Any ideas on a solution?
(Clearly, we need to update Laserfiche to a higher version, but I'm wondering if there is something meanwhile he can do)
Oh, and this is LF United btw, not Rio or Avante.
