Access to Forms for troubleshooting

Is there any way to access the Forms product for troubleshooting without asking a domain user for their domain password or removing their license to all products?

I can get into all the other products using the Admin account, but for Forms I must have the administrative user's password and that is the same password they use to access their private domain which they should not be giving me.

Forms only support named users to access, so if you want the Admin user to be able to access Forms, you can set this user to named user temporarily, and synchronize the accounts and set the Admin user to be system admin inside Forms.

I don't understand where I should get this license though, if I take it from the user I am assisting, then it locks them out of the other Laserfiche applications. I just need a way to get into Forms without shutting down all access.

Maybe you can try link the windows user to an Laserfiche user in the repository and grant license to that Laserfiche user instead of the windows user so that you can trouble shooting with the Laserfiche user and the end user can still access with their windows account.
