Directory Accounts Not Available in Repository

Hello,

I have a single user who does not have a domain account in our domain that needs access to a repository.  I've created a user account for her in LFDS to allocate a license.  When I try to add the account in the Admin Console the search query does not return any results like it's not seeing the account I created.  Is there some sort of synchronization I need to run for the repository to pick up the new account I created in LFDS?
