Entry ID permission

My client is having issues with Entry IDs not showing up in the client for any user besides the ADMIN user. Is there a permission that would be denying users from seeing the entry ID info on documents and folders? They are on version 10.2.0.839 of Laserfiche. Thanks for any insight.

This is controlled by the "Extended Properties" feature right.  Users without this right won't be able to see certain "advanced" pieces of information, like entry ids and volume paths.
