Forms - Question concerning attaching a copy of the form to an email

Where does the attached PDF derive it's document name from?

And can it be changed?

Hi Ed,

The name for the PDF is taken from the form title set in the forms designer. To be specific, it's not the form title set using the Settings gear icon, but the one that you can click and edit at the top of the drag and drop canvas. 

It's updated in the email task whenever you change the title on the form itself, though at this point I don't believe you can customize it beyond that.
