Checkout document for TIFF

Can I checkout document for a TIFF image please? Two users are working on same TIFF document and that is causing issues. How can we prevent two users from modifying the same document at the same time please?

Hi Priya,

What operations are the users performing with the document? Actions such as modifying fields or placing annotations should lock the document so that multiple modifications can't interfere with each other, and the document viewer should detect that changes have been made and reload before allowing additional modifications.

Note that you can perform a checkout on TIFF documents that are under version control.

We don't provide checkout for this document type normally because, as Justin Pava mentioned, the automatic document locking should typically prevent issues when two users are both trying to edit.
