Search LF in Google Scholar

Can the content in Laserfiche Repository be searchable through Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com/ ) or even google search engine.

If yes, please explain.

If you publish content with WebLink/Public Portal, then search engines can crawl your Laserfiche respository and those documents can show up in search results.

Is it confirmed or tested that it works with google scholar or google search?

WebLink acts like any other web site on the internet, and you use the same tools to get your content crawled as the rest of your site.  For instance, linking from other parts of your site or submitting site maps to search engines.  I don't know anything about Google Scholar in particular, but they seem to have documented procedures that publishers should follow.
