User is trying to launch email from Laserfiche scanning and when the user clicks on email, Outlook does not launch and instead it actually asks the user to choose the profile. The user does not have multiple profile in her outlook, so it should not ask and it should open automatically.

 I need help on this in how to avoid this and instead launch Outlook directly.
