Lookup finds two values but won't let me select either

I have a lookup from our ERP that finds the Student ID number based on entered First and Last name. There are two people with same first and last name so two Student IDs are outputted - I can't select either one of them, it keeps making the field blank on select.

Are you using dynamic fields? What does your dynamic fields properties look like? This works as expected even with duplicate names (unique Student IDs).

Hi Erik, the issue is in Forms not in Laserfiche client?

Ah sorry, I did not see the forms tag. There is some discussion about handling multiple results in forms, but I haven't seen any good answers to suggest.
