This is my first time creating forms. I created and published the form. How do I view it again? or how do I access the for?

Hi Gina,
All you should need to do is log into Forms, then click on My History on the left. You should find your submitted form on the right.
If you've not yet submitted the form, but have simply published it, you can view that under the Processes tab at the top.

If you are looking to use your form for the first time after creating it, you can start your new process by going to the "Start Process" tab at the top of the page and clicking "Start" for the process you've created.
You can also return to the process designer to find the URL where you can access the form after you've published it. Go to the "Manage" tab, click on the process you made, and then select "Process Options." You should see a link there that you can use to kick off your form, as shown below:
Ah yes. We're still running 10.1. If you're not yet on 10.2, and the History option doesn't show, try maximizing your browser window. We've had users not be able to see it before because it auto-hides if the window isn't wide enough.
