Fill Out PDF Form Activity returning Index was out of range error

Hello,

 

I am using the "Fill Out PDF Form" activity in Workflow to pull Forms variables using the Retrieve Business Process Variables activity.  The PDF activity is failing and the message I am receiving is "Index was out of range.  Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.  Parameter name: index." Has anyone out there seen this error before and have a clue how to trouble shoot it?  The Workflow event viewer is not displaying any errors.

 

I am using Workflow version 10.2.0.202 and Forms Version 10.2.0.789

Hi Terry

I have found this in the past and it was caused by field restrictions set in the Fillable PDF document itself.

Open the Document with Acrobat Pro and Check remove any field restrictions on the field itself, such as Field Type (ie: Number, etc), or you need to ensure that the type of information you are passing meets the fields requirements.

Thank you Steve- I did have a mismatch on the source document.  When I fixed that it resolved the issue.  Thanks again! Terri
