zone ocr settings transfer

My client recently had quick fields moved to a new computer and the sessions transferred over, but the zone ocr settings did not. Is there a way to successfully transfer those settings over(in the registry, any files, etc.) that the user may have forgotten to do? Thanks for any insight.

Hi Ricardo,

All the setting for Quick Fields are stored in the session file (.QFX). I'm not sure how or why these settings would of changed after copying the files to a new computer. I'm going to put my money on the fact that something has changed on the scanning side of things which is what has thrown the zone OCR off.
