Import Agent Service Stops

Hello,


Looks like we have an issue with the Import Agent service stopping about an hour after it starts.  This may be an issue with the clients LF Server communicating with the LFDS?

 

I've been reading about which ports should be open on the LFDS and LF Server but can't find anything on which ports need to be open for Import Agent. 
 

Can someone please clarify?

Hi Chris!


Thank you for the response!  We actually figured out the issue!  The problem was in the LFDS, the instance for this client had the wrong server name for the for Import Agent license.  When the instance was created, the old server name was used versus the name for the new LF Server.

 

I made sure to make a mental note to check this first and foremost in the future!

Hi Jon,

 

If you look in the windows event viewer, do you see any errors in the application log relating to Import Agent?
