Hello Vicky,  we are using both the Topaz T-S460 and T-LBK43 models with Forms in our Customer Service and billing departments in two locations for a little over two years and they have worked great for us.  I will note, that since we upgraded to 10.2, we have ran into an issue with the pads working properly.  Laserfiche has released an update to 10.2 to address this as well as others.  Here are a link to where the issue and procedure to make them work are discussed.
