Windows account show error named user list

So wonder that most of named user in Windows account at LF Admin console show strange Windows Account name start with 'S' and left only one name on the list!? Anyone facing this problem, kindly help to find the solution. Thank you in advance.

Hi James, Thanks for your help on this issues. FYI, we did provide LF System on private cloud design for this customer that they have 2 location for AD servers.

With your answer, we did check with customer for the issue location because of power shut down/AD Server shut down during period of time that our design VPN site-to-site show connection still OK. Then , we will put this check list for customer to verify when this issue happen again.

A support case had been opened for this; the presence of SIDs instead of user names indicates that Active Directory SID translation on the machine is not functional, e.g. if the users were removed from Active Directory or migrated from another domain.

In the future, do not open support cases and Answers threads for the same issue unless directed to in one medium or the other, to avoid potential duplication of troubleshooting and missed communication.
