Good morning,

We have a form that LF Forms that accepts file uploads. This form hits a Workflow that creates a folder in the repository and places the Form (form information), and the uploaded file into the created folder. 

I'm using the "Assign Tag" activity to assign tags to the folder and to a document, but I can't seem to be able to use it to assign a tag to the Form.

In other words, the end result is a folder in the repository with a tag, a pdf inside that folder with a tag and the submitted information without a tag. 

I tried the different settings in the Assign Tag activity (Starting Entry, Output Entry, Destination Entry), but none assign the tag to the form.

Can anyone point me into the right direction to accomplish this?
