upgraded to LFDS from license manager now weblink doesn't work

upgraded from License Manager 8.1 to Rio 10.2 (LFDS) but now Weblink doesn't work. If they are a full user they can get in but the Public Portal license user (read only)  this is the error

"Log in failed because the number of sessions has reached the licensed limit, or the user account has reached its session limit, or no named user license has been allocated to the user account."

 

again if they are a full license user they can get in.  Please advise!  Thanks Wendi

Did you have to re-issue your LF Server license at any point?  The Public Portal license is tied to your server license, so make sure your server license has the Public Portal option selected

Thank you Mike, yes it had a public portal license,  however under the Edit Application Instance/ How would public users access Weblink none was selected. I had to select Processors.  It is working smiley
