How to insert custom forms logo

asked on March 22, 2017

My client is trying to add a custom logo to a forms theme, and it gives a location of the photo as "~img/Theme/Logo/LawBadge.png". When they tried updating it to a picture they had on their LF server, it gives an permission denied error.

My client wanted to know the steps to adding a custom logo that works properly in the forms theme. He looked in the forms manual but says he could not find any information about the proper procedures of uploading a logo and getting the theme to use it.

They are on forms 9.1.1.1577

Thanks for any insight!

We've looked there but there is no option to add a photo or upload

That's funny.  When I go to that area, I get the section below...

This allows me to change the logo when I click "Change Logo".

Maybe it's an access right?

Change image is a feature supported since Forms 9.2. In Forms 9.1.1, you can put the logo image under c:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\img\Theme\Logo and the set the image path in the Themes->Customize tab to "~/img/Theme/Logo/imagename.png"
